Free priority shipping is included with all orders. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products may be returned within 10-days of original purchase for a full refund, minus 20% of the retail cost of the item to help offset shipping and warehousing costs.

To initiate a refund, please send an email to alchemy@benserum.co with "Refund" in the subject line, including your order number and reason for return, within 10 calendar days of purchase.
